Project Director, BioCrossroads
While at BioCrossroads, Mr. Hege works on various venture and non-profit initiatives, two of which include the Indiana Health Information Exchange, a nationally recognized Healthcare Information Technology company and the Fairbanks Institute for Health Communities, a research institute that specializes in the formation and longitudinal tracking of therapeutic-based cohorts for clinic research. Hege also sits on the board of Mergetics, a newly formed spin off from IHIE. Mr. Hege was instrumental in the formation of Datalys Center and served as the President for several years until July of 2011. Prior to joining BioCrossroads, Mr. Hege served as a management consultant in Boston and New York City, where he advised leading healthcare, pharmaceutical and technology companies in brand management, business development and technology strategy. Mr. Hege graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Management, and has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
